Bionic Optimization Design of Rotary Tiller Based on Fuzzy Algorithm

In order to increase the structural performance of rotary tillage knife, a badger claw toe was selected as bionic prototype and optimization design knife carried out. The similarity between badger’s tiller is 0.7073 by fuzzy algorithm, shape goodness fit final mole’s digging shovel 0.9556 MATLAB. Using 3D modeling software NX10.0, we established three-dimensional model knife. Furthermore, use Workbench carry out static analysis on three knives obtain their stress deformation. Similarly, also vibration frequency through modal analysis, summarize, compare experimental data. outcomes indicate that compared with ordinary strain sawtooth tangent blade arrangement are reduced 5.20% 2.84%, respectively. Moreover, specific strength stiffness increased 3.99% 6.49%, efficiency improved 11.36%. However, full serration 7.38%. We observed were 11.97% 2.37%, correspondingly. Overall, has 14.64%. attained noble in terms stability, strength, stiffness.
